I balance freedom and responsibility by focusing on both growing others' capabilities and being an example of consistent personal success. I promote a sense of purpose by forming strong interpersonal working relationships.

Bio

Thanks for wanting to know a little bit more about me. I have found great value in being a jack-of-all-trades, being able to relate and work with a wide range of individuals. I enjoy pursuing growth in both my work and personal  life, through new  experiences and having respectful conversation with people of various schools of thought. My faith in a loving, compassionate God, and spirituality in all things, guides the direction of my life.

My wife and I live in San Luis Obispo, California. We love the small town feel, but also enjoy visiting family up in Northern California. We like to participate in pretty much every outdoor activity there is, and try to get out and explore the world we live in whenever possible.
