Senior Manager, Business Operations - Global GTM

  • Successfully directed Business Operation Programs & Strategy team through multiple periods of organizational change, while increasing output performance, coaching managers, and providing strategic team direction.

  • Elevated functional teams across business units up the Capability Maturity Model by converting abstract, ad-hoc actions into systematic, scalable workflows and aligning them to enterprise’s OKRs, the portfolio’s initiatives goals, and program’s objectives.

  • Led the creation of Revenue Operations’ Centers of Excellence teams to unify GTM strategic initiatives, transform business systems, and reduced revenue leakage and human middleware.

  • As Product Manager for work management platforms, I significantly improved productivity of 400+ team members by architecting and implementing Smartsheet, Wrike, Smartsheet, Airtable, etc. for R&D, G&A, and GTM  business units.

  • Hired to launch new Integration Management Office for org-wide synchronization of M&A activities and business strategy synthesis for Board of Directors.

  • Managed multiple multi-year M&A integrations, from Due Diligence VDRs to post-LOI orchestration to achieve Deal Model and IPO readiness.

  • Provided operational excellence consulting, streamlined work management, and facilitated strategic initiative reporting,

  • Facilitated org-wide singular GTM initiative during pandemic shutdown/workforce reduction preventing company bankruptcy and fast-tracking the industry’s hybrid business model.

Mindbody, Inc. February 2016 to March 2019

Senior Manager, Project Management Office - Marketing

  • Founded the Project Management Office, hired and developed team of strong PM leader and and optimized resource allocation across B2B and B2C Departments.

  • Implemented Agile-based Center of Excellence teams and Design-Thinking methodology, resulting in a 10x increase in department productivity.

  • Established in-house Video and Motion Graphics teams and implemented Digital Asset Management tool to maximize ROI of creative media spend and accelerate time-to-market for national media campaigns.

Manager, Production Management - Marketing & Product

  • Implemented hybrid scrum processes to unite Product and Marketing creative production, fostering collaboration and efficiency, resulting in double digit increase of top-of-funnel conversion rates.

  • Pioneered the company's inaugural national advertising campaign following a comprehensive brand and product hierarchy reorganization, ensuring consistency across all customer touch points.

  • Grew multiple concurrent new client relationships into a $12.5 million annual revenue stream with +50% profit margin.

  • Hired and mentored group of project managers while orchestrating program team of 65 cross-functional resources through concept creative, live action/motion graphic production, and mobile application software develop for the launch of 12 consecutive flagship products into national retailers.

  • Developed and implemented a new rapid Creative and Development project delivery methodology to overcome restrictive security constraints.
